John Keith Windsor, CEO
John Keith Windsor is the Chief Executive Officer of TARS Solutions, co-founding the company in 2023. John’s eclectic work history brings over 25 years of industry leadership, project management, and executive leadership experience within multiple businesses. He began his CEO tenure founding the Bay Area patrol security company EPIC Security Works in 2003 and implementing security solutions for over 500 business facilities. His in-depth experience as a business development and project manager for a variety of tech companies provides him an acute understanding of the industry and how to evolve with a constantly evolving technology. This broad collection of information, along with the growing limitations of physical security, inspired the creation of TARS Solutions.
- Founded, built, and managed four successful companies as a CEO, and one as a COO.
- A project manager and specialist in the integration of critical backend software platforms including DRM (Digital Rights Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and TMS (Transaction Management System).
- 11th manager in the original engineering and operations team for the development of the first EPG (electronic program guide) in television and device history.
- 3 years as speaker on the advances in STB (Set Top Box: Cable, Satellite, Terrestrial) at the NAB convention (National Association of Broadcasters).
- Developed the largest partner program in Silicon Valley during that time around the “New Media” hardware/software environment for OpenTV Interactive.
- Participated in the project management build and implementation of Sony Pictures Entertainment first DAM environment.

Justin Frazer, COO
Justin Frazer is chief Operations Officer of TARS Solutions and co-founded the company in 2023. Being the 4th generation to pursue security and law, Justin gravitated towards security and began his career with EPIC Security Works in 2009. His ability to deliver innovative ideas, in addition to his knowledge of technology, provided him with the opportunity to advance to Director of Systems for EPIC Security Works. The intricacies of this position revealed the limitations physical security presents and inspired him to seek other solutions. These solutions resulted in the creation of TARS Solutions.
